Sex, Virgin, Baby, Vodka, Tattoo, Gay and Africa Magic?


Saudi Arabia is opposing the creation of an internet address (gTLD) ending in ".gay". This gTLD will be used as an alternative to .com or .org but will deal exclusively with gay related sites. The Kingdom's objections are:



I'm surprised as I thought having a .gay will make it easier to censor all sites with this string from being accessed by Saudis. However, Saudi Arabia is also opposed to other gTLDs, a list from the BBC story below:
