The video above depicts just one example of many places in Egypt suffering from water shortage. The bad news things will get worse if we don't act as water consumption increased by 17% over the past five years (hotter summers and traditional irrigation methods are blamed) and water resources would decline by 15.2 billion cubic meters by 2017 (or almost 20% of our needs).
