I found this map on The Dish. It's shocking
because according to this WHO map (full report here and
the map is on page 23), Egypt is actually much more efficient in healthcare
than the US (and ranked 43 which is better than Qatar's 53). The objective of the study
is to enable performance in different countries to be compared and
performance over time within a country to be
