Maqsoud definition of "we the people" is narrower than I hoped. So-called "state media" is owned by the "people" you know, all Egyptians. So, I would've hoped for an all inclusive consultation process that includes artists, academics, politicians, civil society, universities, unions, parents groups and even children.
