Gallup's "I'm in a bad mood" Index

According to Gallup people living in the Middle East are "among the most likely worldwide to experience a lot of negative emotions on a daily basis". Negative emotions include "anger, stress, worry, sadness, and physical pain." The survey results seem logical given that many of these Middle Eastern countries faced "economic hardship, riots and revolutions", however there are two clear outliers: (a) Yemen is surprisingly feeling better this year and (b) Tunisia is not feeling negative. Israel is also high in the "I'm in a bad mood" index with a 35 score (just below Iran).
