Ahram Online claims the Muslim Brotherhood and SCAF are in talks over a compromise: President for Shafik and Prime Minister for the Brotherhood. This is based on an anticipation of Morsi losing the coming elections and the MB's desire to avoid a confrontation. The Arabist, doesn't think this is very wise. Excerpts from his post:
